RETURN POLICY
All sales are final but items can still be returned for exchanges. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product, please first call us or email us. We will require a few information from you regarding the said order and then we will trace your order and verify if it qualifies for returns. If it qualifies, we will give you instruction on how to apply for returns and exchanges.
Item must be returned within 3 days after we’ve accepted your return claim and within 7 days of receiving your order. This means, you must file for exchange and returns within 7 days and it must be delivered to us within 3 days after we ask you to send it back. After this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Jewelry returned must be in brand new, unworn, undamaged condition just as it was delivered. Damaged and items that show signs of usage will not be accepted. If the fault is from our ends, every process of retrieving the item will be bored by us but if it is the client who is at fault, a 15% restocking fees of item price will be charged and the customer will be responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned packaged safely, with tracking/reference number and insurance is highly suggested. We will not be responsible for lost or return packages.

- EARRINGS and pierced jewelry are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
- DISCOUNT, PRE-ORDERED, IMPORTED and VINTAGE items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
- CUSTOM ITEMS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
